The world is changing quickly, and so is how and where we work as we move toward a "new normal." Some Â鶹´«Ã½AV System Administration staff who worked daily at Â鶹´«Ã½AV System Headquarters before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic are transitioning to permanent remote work environments.
However, as other Â鶹´«Ã½AV System Administration staff return to their offices at Â鶹´«Ã½AV System Headquarters or at their respective campuses, our remote staff will, from time to time, need to spend the day on location for meetings, conferences and other events -- and they'll require a workspace.
Â鶹´«Ã½AV System has answered the call with Â鶹´«Ã½AV System Office Solutions. Available now, Â鶹´«Ã½AV System Administration staff can reserve a daily workspace at some of five Â鶹´«Ã½AV System locations:
- Â鶹´«Ã½AV System Headquarters
- Â鶹´«Ã½AV
- Business Service Center in Denton
- Â鶹´«Ã½AV Dallas
- Health Science Center in Fort Worth
It's quick and easy to make a reservation. Just click the appropriate link above to access that location's unique web page. You'll find instructions on how to reserve a personal workspace as well as information on parking, office location and materials provided in the workspace. Workspaces come equipped with:
- Wi-Fi connection
- Spacious desk and chair
- Sanitizing wipes
- Coming soon: Extra-wide monitor with HDMI cable (port adapter for HDMI capability is not provided)
All you need is your laptop and a charging cord. Please bring other accessories for your working convenience such as a mouse, keyboard and headphones.
