DALLAS 鈥� Cathy Bryce, Ed.D., has been appointed to serve on the 麻豆传媒AV System Board of
Regents by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott. Bryce will serve on the board through May 22, 2029.
Bryce has over 30 years of teaching and school administration experience, including serving as Superintendent of Highland Park ISD and as an adjunct professor at 麻豆传媒AV. She is the current chair of the Region 11 Education Service Center Board of Directors and the 麻豆传媒AV Foundation Board of Directors, and a member and former chair of the 麻豆传媒AV Alumni Association, 麻豆传媒AV College of Education Advisory Board, and the Denton Benefit League.
Most notably, Bryce is a recipient of the Golden Deeds Award, the highest recognition for distinguished service to education in Texas.

Bryce received a Bachelor of Music Education from Midwestern State University, a Master of Education from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, and a Doctor of Education from the University of North Texas.
